HAPPY EASTER

        HAPPY EASTER!

I had a spare 5 mins in between clients yesterday so put together a very mini
Easter shoot! Hope you like it!

I can't tell you how hard it was not to eat my daughters mini eggs!
I love everything about them! The colour, crunch and oooooo chocolate.....

The lovely bird wall paper is from B & M and cost £9.99 great value!
Well I hope your all going to have a lovely Easter! Make sure you eat lots
of chocolate! I'd love to here if anyone did anything nice!
We're going up to Hans, our vintage caravan that came into the family late
last year so we will have work to do! But I think an Easter egg hunt around
the farm has to be done!

SPRING BLOOMS

               Hello flowers!

Just a little post today of a pretty spring collage of spring blooms in my garden.

Spring has to be my favourite time of year! The air smells sweet, everywhere is
turning lush and green, birds are singing and the whole countryside is just bursting
            with new life!
I spent last August planing out the boarders for spring! Having then spent a couple
of years with the garden and knowing what to expect, we felt it time to start introducing
some of our favourite spring bulbs! A new garden is a lot like a new house! You have to
live with it a while before you know what to do!

A COTTAGE GARDEN IN SPRING.

This delightful little cottage garden belongs to my mother in law who is an artist.
I think her natural artistic flair can be seen throughout her well thought out garden!
It has a look of being thrown together in the most prettiest way, but little spaces need
          Careful planning too!

Dotted around are beautiful aged stone benches and little statues poke out from behind
          The rambling flower beds.

A wild spring flower lawn is what greets you first! Just a small patch! And it also
Means the mower stays in the shed for a while longer too! We've enjoyed lovey
Picnics here, there's no need to go out!

Little daffs dance happily amongst the primroses! I love the way the garden is broken
           Into little chunks!

A very pretty clematis covers the arch way which leads to the veg patch and pond,
            A well thought out combination!

Cute little veg bed that is packed full in the summer sits prettily at the top
Of the garden next to the beautiful old brick shed with it's peeling paint!

The vivid pink of this flowering current adds a touch of drama to the mix!

A garden fit for all and brimming with wildlife!
I hope this little garden has inspired you and shown you what can be
                                                      achieved With little space!
